The Secret Garden Bed and Breakfast is located in the historic Rohrmoser district of San Jose just a short distance from the American Embassy, museums, shopping and the nightlife.

Your Host, Ric Ellis, has embraced all of those elements of Costa Rican Hospitality. The Secret Garden is charming, friendly and your discreet home away from home during your visit or vacation to Costa Rica.

Ric has an easy going way of making sure that all of your needs are attended to from your arrival at the airport to helping you plan your travel itenerary. Costa Rica is a splendid country with so many things to see and do that you'll find it invaluable to have Ric's input pointing out some of the do's and don'ts as well as what is a definite must see!

ROOM AMENITIES:

The guest rooms have been tastefully decorated using comfortable Costa Rican inspired colors and natural woods. Each room has it's own private bath, ceiling fan, cable TV, refrigerator and phone. (No charge for local calls) Rooms open to a private garden courtyard.

A full breakfast is served each morning with a varying menu. A sample breakfast menu includes fresh juice, a bowl of mixed fruits from the bountiful local market, eggs and ham, toast, butter and jelly and Costa Rican coffee.

After breakfast you may want to relax in the lush courtyard area while you ponder one of the many tours available. Ric will be pleased to advise and assist you with tour arrangements. The tour operators will pick you up at the front entrance and drop you off there on return.

 

Pricing:

The rates for a single are $45.00 and $60.00 for a double. (Per night.)
